Restaurant owner slashed to death in 'revenge' attack

A restaurant owner in Malaysia was hacked to death by a group of eight men armed with machetes in Selangor on Thursday night.
Thangavellu P Radhakrishnan, 25, was working in his shop on Jalan Puchong when the eight men arrived in two cars, thought to be Proton Wajas, and entered the premises.
Once inside they attacked the owner with the knives, killing him. As they left the men also attacked a burger vendor and two customers, leaving them severely injured with multiple slash wounds.
The dead man's father said he believed the attack was related to an argument his son had recently with a gang of men about a car parked outside the restaurant.
Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward with information.
