An Oregon teenager's elaborate plan to bomb West Albany High School was foiled after police were tipped.

Grant Acord, 17, a junior at West Albany High School, made and stockpiled six different types of bombs and hid them, along with maps of the school and detailed checklists, under the floorboards of his room in the home he shared with his mother. Classmates said he had talked about building bombs in previous weeks, but they didn't think much of it.
