Hainan province governor 'orders' actresses on TV for sex

The governor of Hainan province in China, Jian Din-chi, is listed among the lusty officials because he "orders" the actresses he likes to have sex with him.

According to the local media, Jian would pick out girls from movies or soap operas on TV and send people to invite the actresses to have one-night-stands with him. When the scandal was reported, Jian even tried to bribe the Central Commission for Inspecting Discipline. When the lusty official worked in Beijing, he'd arrange sex parties twice a month in his luxurious condo.
