陸軍５４２旅下士洪仲丘疑因軍方不當管教身亡，當時負責管理禁閉室的相關人員，昨晚到死者靈前致祭，並瞻仰洪的大體，一旁洪家親友怒責：「仲丘，你看清楚！是誰操你的、你就去找他！」但一行人全沉默不語，離去前並在洪的靈前下跪道歉。
