No Pants Subway Ride 2014 in Hong Kong

Forty pantless subway riders, including six women, surprised public transit riders after taking their pants off on the Hong Kong subway as it traveled between Central (中環), North Point (北角) and Kwun Tong (觀塘) before heading back to Central on January 12.

Having fun is all that matters. This year Hong Kong joined the the annual No Pants Subway Ride, an event celebrating silliness that began in New York.

The event started with only seven men pantsless in the Big Apple in 2002, but now the celebration has followers in dozens of cities around the world.

It was Hong Kong's second time participating in the event. This year a few more people took a chance with some pretty scantily clad undergarments.
