桃園一名變態色夫，婚後為增加與妻子性愛樂趣，做愛前都會準備黃瓜、茄子、玉米、蓮藕、紅蘿蔔、白蘿蔔等條狀蔬果，以保險套或塗上潤滑液性侵妻子，一開始妻子隱忍配合，但變態色夫竟把這些助興完的蔬果拿來做菜，不僅自己吃，也要全家人跟著吃，妻子不堪長期遭性虐抗拒，色夫仍多次硬上，妻子憤而向警方報案，警方訊後依妨害性自主罪嫌將他函送法辦。
