圍毆小王致死 法官判傷害

【動新聞╱新竹報導】新竹縣醋夫王光偉（32歲），懷疑妻子與樂姓男子有染，去年8月晚間，找外甥和友人前往樂男住處，各開一輛車擋在樂男車前，並搶走樂男手機。王男發現被害人手機與妻的曖昧訊息，氣得連毆樂男臉部、頭部及腹部，並強拉其頭部撞牆。樂男逃回住家，被王從庭院拖拉到門外，樂父勸阻被推開，蹲在一旁為兒子求情，樂母更下跪，王、范繼續毆打樂男，造成他頭部嚴重創傷送醫不治。
