A 12-year-old daughter of a fried chicken shop told her classmate about her suffering of being sexually assaulted by her father's employee, a man surnamed Yeh in his 30s two years ago. Unexpectedly, her classmate volunteered to have sex with Yeh. The victim then was forced to have threesome with Yeh and her classmate at a public park this January. The Taipei District Prosecutors Office filed Yeh a lawsuit for the crimes of aggravated sexual assault and obscene yesterday (March 3).

According to prosecutor's investigation, Yeh was asked to take care of his boss's 10-year-old daughter once a week 2 years ago. Yeh then treated the victim as his sex slave and sexually assaulted her frequently. Yeh not only forced the little girl to have oral sex with him but also asked her to film sex video with him, stuffed sex toy into her genital, and forced her to wear sexy thongs or suspender stockings. Yeh even imitated the scenario from porn movies and filmed videos from the girl's breasts to private part while she was sleeping.

The victim revealed her suffering to her classmate. Unexpectedly, her classmate voluntarily wanted to have sex with Yeh after watching the sex videos he filmed with the victim. She texted Yeh and said: I wanna see your big dick.

Yeh then quickly took the victim and her classmate to a public toilet to have threesome this January. The affair was unveiled after the classmate's parents found some obscene texts in her phone that include orgasm and face ejection. The girl's father then grabbed Yeh to the police station after he was informed by the classmate's parents.

Although Yeh has committed his crime but he said it was too many times to be memorized.The more than a hundred sex videos and obscene pictures of the victim that the prosecutor found from Yeh's hard drive and phone has become the crucial evidence for Yeh's conviction.
