A female junkie driving her car hit two medical students after getting high last Wednesday night. The victims were rushed to hospital but declared dead.
The 24-year-old driver drove from Guanxi, Hsinchu County to Pingzhen,Taoyuan County. She allegedly took ketamine before becoming oblivious to her surroundings. The two 19-year-old female students were waiting at the red light on a scooter. She struck the girls at high-speed, sending them flying several meters across the road, before the vehicle crashed into a house.
