Madamba: Who edited independent report on BSM?

MANILA - The family of Liam Madamba, a scholar of British School Manila who committed suicide after being bullied by a teacher, is asking the Department of Education to compel BSM to release the full independent review panel on BSM policies after Liam's suicide.
