Sinimulan na ng mga mambabatas na magpasok ng mga panukalang amyenda sa Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL) bago ang botohan sa committee level. Kanya-kanyang gimik na rin ang mga pro-BBL para kalampagin ang Kongreso na huwag magpasa ng mahinang BBL.
