Walang naganap na resignation. Ito ang binigyang diin ng Philippine National Police (PNP), kasunod ng mga kumalat na balitang nagbitiw na bilang Officer-In-Charge PNP si Deputy Director General Leonardo Espina noon pang isang buwan.
