A busy day for the MWSS, serving its latest rate adjustment orders to Manila Water and Maynilad. Manila Water got a rate cut while Maynilad got its rate hike cut. Alvin Elchico tells us, all the months of arbitration and quarreling over water rates haven't resolved anything.
