Misery along quake-hit roads in Nepal's rural provinces

Almost a week after a devastating earthquake killed thousands, aid has started to trickle into rural areas of Nepal. As locals suffer without power, sanitation or adequate shelter, the death toll soars. Al Jazeera's Andrew Simmons reports.
