New Zealand’s Mark Richardson gave the Indian crowd something to remember for a very long time. He was magnificent with the bat but in the later stage of the game gave a bit more when he laid down and started screaming. This happened in the evening session on the first day of the first test between Indian and New Zealand. Mark was batting and had a long day at the crease. He played a well executed sweep shot against Kumble but then immediately fell to the ground screaming. This all took everybody by surprise. The commentators were baffled about Mark and he was lying there on the itch looking around. Mark pulled a cramp while playing the shot and it resulted him to scream in pain Laxman standing at short fine leg was seen laughing on Mark screaming. The whole Indian team gathered around mark and the Kiwi physio ran into the field to aid Mark. Mark was screaming in pain and Laxman was the one bursting into laugh rest were just smiling. The commentators made that a case of cramp not tissue damage. The kiwi team was seen also laughing on this incident especially when the stretcher was brought in Macmillan was seen laughing out loudly. Mark was given the initial treatment and after that he resumed his batting but he sure gave everyone something to enjoy a lot and remember. Mark had issues with sweep shot in the past. Strangely he suffered in the past with cramps while executing a sweep shot but he never stopped playing it. The Indian team did enjoy the moment like everyone else but by the looks of it Laxman was the one who enjoyed it the most out there
