Following an interview at a central London Police station this morning, the Metropolitan Police Service have informed Mr Hussain that his police bail has been extended on the same terms until July.
On hearing that his bail had been extended, Mr Hussain said, “I urge my millions of party members and supporters across the world to remain calm during this process. I have every faith in the British justice system.
“I hope that this extension will allow the authorities to conclude their investigation as quickly as possible.”
