Police shoot psycho son who threatened to slit mother’s throat in Hutchinson, Kansas

Police in Hutchinson, Kansas released footage from Officer Josh Radloff’s patrol car showing the moment he fired two bullets at a suspect who was approaching him brandishing two knives.
Police were dispatched to the man’s home after the his mother called 911 to report her son, Justin Matthews, was threatening her life. Matthews can be heard shouting, “give me the keys” while the operator speaks with his mother.
“He’s going to slit my throat,” the mother told the 911 dispatcher.
When the officer arrived, Matthews walked out of the house brandishing two knives. “You’re going to shoot me!” he yelled at the officer.
Radloff wounded Mathews with a bullet to the right shoulder. The psycho son was charged with aggravated assault, criminal threat and aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer.
