Racial hatred: Mosques in Japan receive threats of violence and demands to leave

Mosques in Japan have been receiving threatening phone calls and emails after the execution of the two Japanese citizens by ISIS, this year.
The last of two Japanese hostages, Kenji Goto, was executed by ISIS early this month. After the incident mosques throughout the Tokyo area have received more anonymous threats.
As usual the threats are uninspired but to the point. The caller says that all Muslims should leave Japan because trash should be thrown out.
Unfortunately, one local mosque was receiving so many threatening phone calls they disconnected their phone line, but that didn’t stop the emails. The emails stated that all Muslims were enemies of Japan.
The leader of the local mosque wants to remind everyone that ISIS does not represent all Muslims.
The deaths of the two hostages has sparked a new interest in Syria for some Japanese.
Japan’s government has also requested that its citizens not continue to contact ISIS recruiters or to enter ISIS occupied territories.
