Madrid, Apr 7 (EFE), (Camera: Raúl García Cabo).- Some of the 152 Spaniards who survived their imprisonment in Soviet gulags hailed on Tuesday the prizes recently awarded in California and Indonesia to a documentary based on their lives.
"The Forgotten of Karaganda" (Los Olvidados de Karaganda) received the Diamond Award at the California Film Awards, and the Gold Award for the Best European Documentary at the Jakarta International Documentary and Short Movie Festival.
