Shooting inside Fresno pediatrics office leaves woman dead before gunman kills himself

A gunman walked into a medical office in Fresno, California, and opened fire on Tuesday, killing a woman believed to be his wife or girlfriend before shooting himself to death, police said.
Police have identified the gunman as 43-year-old Moua Neng, whom they say shot the victim with a shotgun.
One witness reportedly saw Neng enter the office with weapons, while a 13-year-old girl reported that once inside, he walked up to the front desk to speak to a nurse. He then grabbed the nurse, pulling her hair while pulling out a gun that was wrapped in fabric.
When police arrived on the scene, officers said shots were heard as people ran from the building. Police broke open at least one glass window to help others who were trapped inside escape.
A SWAT team that entered the building later found the gunman and the victim dead. It is believed the gunman shot himself dead after killing the woman.
No one else was reported injured in the shooting.
