Director Rohit Shetty, who managed to cast Bollywood's most successful onscreen pair - Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol in his upcoming movie Dilwale, confirmed that the film will release on Christmas this year. Uh oh!

The upcoming comedy-drama, Dilwale is co-produced by Rohit Shetty and Shah Rukh's wife Gauri Khan. Besides the Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge couple, it also stars Kriti Sanon and Varun Dhawan in the lead roles.

Around 50 percent of the film will be shot in Goa, like his earlier films – Singham and Golmaal. Varun Dhawan started shooting for the film in Mumbai last month. He had also posted a picture from the set on photo-sharing site Instagram.
