Ahmedabad: The Gujarat University gives a miss to the code of conduct recommended by former chief election commissioner (CEC) J M Lyngdoh. Made mandatory for all the universities in the country by Supreme Court since 2006, Gujarat University has simply bypassed the implementation of this code all these years.
