Ruth Porat has at least 70 million reasons to leave her job on Wall Street. Google has agreed to pay Porat, its new CFO, about $70 million in total compensation as of next year, according to an SEC filing on Thursday. That includes a $5 million signing bonus, a $25 million new hire grant that begins vesting at the end of this year and a $40 million biennial grant beginning in 2016. Porat will also get a modest $7,500 to relocate to Google's Mountain View headquarters.
