Airline Cancels Man's Flight While He's Onboard

4 years ago418 views

Bob Woudstra flew on a Southwest Airlines flight from Grand Rapids, Michigan to Fort Myers, Florida. When his plane touched down in sunny Florida, Bob received an email saying that he violated the "No Show" policy by not being on the plane he had just gotten off of, and that they were canceling his flight back to Michigan and not refunding the money. Bob, who had already spent $616 dollars on the initial round trip ticket, had to fork over another $456 on a return ticket back to Michigan.
