PPP minister facilitated MQM prisoners in 2011-20 Ma4 2015

The minutes disclose that a meeting between the then Sindh minister for prisons and an MQM delegation held here in October 2011 had discussed the issues relating to 95 MQM workers and as a result of which approval was granted to their detention in a separate barrack.
