Summer is just around the corner and juicy strawberries are in season. Treat yourself a glass of chilled smoothie with the blend of strawberries, banana and creamy yogurt. Check out Tarika Singh's take on this refreshing strawberry smoothie.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup strawberries 1 frozen banana 1 cup yogurt 1 tablespoon almonds 1 tablespoon flax seeds
Method:
- In a glass, add the strawberries, frozen banana slices, yogurt, almonds and flax seeds and blend all the ingredients using a hand blender. - Pour it in the serving glass. - Garnish with some chopped strawberries. - The delicious strawberry smoothie is ready to be served.
