Bollywood stars always stand up to good causes. Recently, a fashion show organised by Shaina NC and ace designer Manish Malhotra saw many celebs who had participated in the event for the Cancer charity foundation that the two designers support. One of the top actors of Bollywood Aamir Khan was seen walking the ramp for the first time for this good deed along with the youthful Sonakshi Sinha who was the showstopper for Manish's collection. Other known faces like Sophie Chodry, Kainat Arora, Zayed Khan, Armaan Jain, Shaan, Prasoon Joshi and Ashmit Patel were also seen at the event.
