Theft of jewellery worth Rs 2.5 crore, thieves posing as fruit sellers drill their way into jewellery showroom - Tv9

Mumbai: A jewellery showroom, Omkar Jewellers located in Kshitij Towers, Virar was robbed of Rs 2.05 crore by thieves, who allegedly rented an adjoining shop posing as fruit sellers and drilled a hole in a shared wall. They also destroyed the shop's CCTV cameras and took the hard disks to avoid detection. No arrests have been made so far.
