When an international criminal organisation called the Erdman Gang forced a married man to place an explosive bracelet in the file cabinet containing details about them and the key to unlock the device on the man’s wrist in the Hudson Building, a secret agent from M15 infiltrate the gang so that he be lead to the leader of the organisation.
However, his plan backfires when he gets trapped in the vault of the plutonium store as the two other criminals under instruction from the leader attempt to use the three explosive bracelets on their wrist to set off massive nuclear explosion which would destroy half of England. International Rescue is called in to rescue the secret agent and prevent the destruction of England as Lady Penelope goes after the men that are responsible for this incident.
