Ulticon was founded in 1993 by its President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Carlos “Charlie” S. Gonzalez and his brother, Engr. Raul “Sonny” S. Gonzalez in Davao City . It is classified as a Triple A or “AAA” company by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB).
