"Virtual University Muzaffargarh Campus organized Mehfil -e- Seerat-Un-Nabi (Peace Be Upon Him) with religious fervor on Feb 09, 2015 . The event started with recitation of the Holy Quran followed by Hamd-e-Bari Ta'ala. Students participated in the Naat & Speech competitions and showed their devotion for our beloved Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him).
Honorable guests, Mr. Allama Muhammad Yaqoob & Mr. Riaz Ahmad Fareedi were the nominated Judges for this competition. Sikand Hayat - BS student won the Naat competition and Abid Ali - MBA student won the Seerat-un-Nabi speech competition.
On this occasion, Mr. Bilal Ahmad (Network Administrator) expressed his thoughts on the life of the Holy Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) and in the light of Hazrat Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) life examples, he emphasized the participants to implement the principles of patience and forgiveness in their practical life.
Prizes were distributed among the winners of Naat & Speech competitions and shields were distributed as a token of appreciation to the honorable Judges. .At the end, collective prayers for the peace & prosperity in Muslim Umah was offered. Refreshment was served to the participants and the guests".
