The French government passed a law on the 11 February 2005 that gave the country 10 years to ensure sufficient accessibility across all forms of transport. The Paris railway company RATP was the first service to commit to this 2015 deadline. In cities, mobility is essential to both professional and social lives... We meet Lionel and Martine, two people who come up against this problem every day.
