Bengaluru cops ban, but VHP defiant

Even as the Bengaluru police banned VHP Chief Praveen Togadia from entering the city or even broadcasting his speech through any form of media, a defiant VHP chief has gone on to address a gathering through video conferencing. Now the city administration is mulling over taking action against the saffron outfit despite the opposition taking aim at the state government.
