L'a&eacute;roport de Ch&acirc;teauroux-Centre r&eacute;nove un hangar&nbsp;de 16.000 m2&nbsp;construit en 1957 par les Am&eacute;ricains. Il servait &agrave; assurer la maintenances des appareils de l'US Air Force. Plusieurs entreprises ont r&eacute;pondu aux appels d'offres pour r&eacute;aliser ce chantier estim&eacute; &agrave; 450.000 &euro; dont une &eacute;quipe de peintres cordistes. Ils travaillent &agrave; quarante m&egrave;tres de hauteur pour repeindre des poutrelles m&eacute;talliques mont&eacute;es selon la technique Eiffel.
