Le festival Manga-sur-Loire a lieu du 16 au 18 février, à Montlouis-sur-Loire. En attendant, ce mercredi après-midi, le jeune auteur de bande dessinée, Loïc Chevallier, natif de Montlouis, installé sur Tours, dédicaçait son premier album à la Fnac : " Kenji le Ninga ". Et racontait l'univers dans lequel il évolue depuis plusieurs mois. Son second album est programmé en septembre. Le festival, ce sont des conférences, du cinéma, un spectacle et une exposition.
