Global oil prices have fallen sharply, leading to significant revenue shortfalls in many energy exporting nations, such as Nigeria. For Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, the country's finance minister: "Obviously, it would be nice if both Opec and non-Opec members moved a little. But we should see this as the opportunity for Nigeria to truly diversify its sources of revenues."
