Investigators say the crash of a military jet in Spain that killed 11 people was due to a technical problem during takeoff.
They say the crew of the Greek F-16 fighter jet had attempted to eject.
Among the dead were nine French personnel on the ground and the two Greek pilots.
More than 20 other French and Italian air force officers were injured and several remain in a critical condition.
