Time running out for Japanese ISIL hostages

The Japanese government says it is in a race against time to try to save two hostages held by ISIL .

A video released on Tuesday, appears to show fighters threatening to kill the men if they don't receive a 200 million dollar ransom.
 
The deadline for the payment is believed to expire early on Friday.
