Mumbai: The ruling Shiv Sena-BJP combine in BMC passed the policy on public parking and parking on roads by residents at night. The civic body introduced hefty charges (Rs.1,300 to Rs.4,000 a month) for night parking on roads by housing society residents. Residents are fumed with the decision.
