Pilot Saved 172 Lives as Plane Survived Harsh Landing – Dunya News Report

The plane of a private airline was going from Lahore to Karachi on Boeing 737 with 172 passengers onboard. Its front wheels caused the problem that also damaged the axle rod. The pilot expertly maneuvered and controlled the metal beast as all the passengers and the flight crew remained unharmed. This incident caused the administration to call for emergency at the Lahore airport. In addition, the flights are delayed due to oil spill due to leakage on the runway. According to Dunya News there was no staff of the private airline company present at the scene making the passengers furious. TV actor Imarn Urooj who was among the 172 passengers said in an interview that the plane’s landing gear broke but it did not catch fire. He praised the expert pilot that saved many live as well as the airport staff that immediately sent fire brigade trucks to prevent any damage. The actor however, did not seem very happy with the response from Airline Company.
