The son of one of China's biggest movie stars has been charged with a drugs offence by China's state prosecutor.
Jaycee Chan - the son of Hollywood star Jackie Chan - was arrested in Beijing earlier this year after testing positive for marijuana.
China's highest prosecuting agency released a brief statement saying it had begun legal proceedings against Chan for what it calls "the crime of sheltering others to take drugs".
Jaycee Chan wasn't available for comment but his father offered a "deep bow of apology" to the public for his son's arrest in August.
