With only three weeks left until his two best friends leave for college, Billy Joe robs his cotton farmer boss, Giff, in order to pay for one last blow out weekend in Corpus Christi, Texas. But when the teens return, they are faced with the brutal consequences of Billy Joe's actions. As the trio are dragged into the dark underworld of their hometown, the violent path they must forge will see them cross the line from adolescence into adulthood.
