Clint Eastwood brings "American Sniper" to the big screen

Clint Eastwood steps behind the camera to direct "American Sniper."
The Hollywood veteran hit the red carpet in New York with the cast of his film to celebrate the movie's opening.
Bradley Cooper portrays Chris Kyle, the former U.S. Navy SEAL sniper who was responsible for 160 kills during his career as U.S. Navy SEAL sniper, who was shot and killed with another man at a gun range in February 2013.

"He was a Chief in SEAL team three and he had a whole huge massive career ahead of him. And he chose to take care of his family. And he found a way of continuing the work and being of service as a civilian. And this is a guy whole really tried as a dedication for his life to do that. And so yeah, to fill those shoes, tremendous honor."
British actress Sienna Miller plays Kyle's wife, Taya, and said she spent a lot of time perfecting the character and her voice.
