Mumbai: In an interesting development, the Bombay High Court has sought explanation from the Collector of Mumbai on a petition filed against four persons for alleged cheating the government and selling a 2,00,000 sq ft of government grant Wakf land worth Rs.500 crore for a throwaway price of Rs 4 crore at Mazagaon.
