14th November, 2014, Sindh Governor Dr. Ishrat Ul Ebad Khan conferred an Honorary Degree of (Doctor of Letters) {Honoris Causa} on Social Worker Muhammad Ramzan Chhipa (Sitara-e Imtiaz) on 14th November, 2014 in a special convocation at Sindh Governor House. The convocation was witnessed by eminent personalities from different walks of life especially Sindh Senior Minister Nisar Ahmed Khuhro and University of Karachi Vice Chancellor Dr. Muhammad Qaiser were present.
