Relatives of MH17 crash victims are still waiting for answers.
Experts say the most likely cause was a ground-to-air missile fired from territory held by pro-Russian separatists in Ukraine.
A lawyer representing many family members sent a letter to the Dutch Prime Minister saying it's time for the UN to handle the case.

"The only possibility would be that the Dutch government hand over the investigation as it is now and let the United Nations nominate a special envoy."
Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 was downed on July 17 over eastern Ukraine, killing all 298 passengers and crew. Two-thirds of them were Dutch.
