A lone figure prowls a post-apocalyptic landscape in Sam Pilling’s dystopian interpretation of Londoner Elliott Power’s latest single, ‘On The Windrush.’ Since the start of his career in 2010, Pilling has accrued an impressive list of collaborators, directing music videos for the likes of The Weeknd, J.
