St. Louis County Executive Charlie Dooley warned residents not to act violently or out of fear when the Missouri grand jury announces their decision on whether to indict a white police officer in the August fatal shooting of unarmed black teenager, Michael Brown.

"We are committed to deescalating negative situations in a responsible manner. I do not want people in this community to think they have to barricade their doors, and take up arms. We are not that kind of a community. I do not want people to accidentally shoot or harm someone out of fear," Dooley said.
