Surat: A proposed Diamond Bourse in the city, India’s diamond cutting and polishing hub, seems a step to further the country’s leading stature as a global diamond centre. It has been seen across the world that infrastructure has symbolised culture, progress and art of a place. After nod to the project, Gujarat government has asked committee to make blueprint within a month.
