The first Ebola treatment unit, or ETU, built solely by U.S. Army engineers was completed Friday in Liberia.
The 100 bed camp is located in the coastal city of Buchanan, about 70 miles southeast of capital Monrovia.
Aid workers said their focus now is going after the virus in remote locations.

"...Ebola was attacking all of us. But we are really now looking to go on the hunt for Ebola particularly in rural areas. I think that's going to be the strategy that will allow us collectively beat this."
Army officials say there will be about 3000 troops building Ebola treatment centers in Liberia in December.
So far the Ebola epidemic has killed more than 5,400 people out of some 15,000 cases recorded in eight countries.
